Acknowledgment of Risk

I acknowledge that interacting with mini sheep involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Bites, butts, or scratches from sheep

Falls, trips, or bruises caused by sheep movement

Allergic reactions or zoonotic exposure

Property damage caused by sheep

I understand that mini sheep are live animals with unpredictable behavior. The animals may be stressed by new environments, crowds, or noises.

Liability Release

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the event. I release and hold harmless:

Tracy Standish, the mini sheep owner/handler

Any assisting adults

The homeowner/property owner hosting the event

from any and all claims, demands, or actions arising from injury, property damage, or other harm resulting from participation in this event.

Responsibilities of Participants and Guardians

Participants must follow all instructions given by the handler.
Children must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times.
Participants should not chase, grab, or otherwise handle sheep roughly.
All participants must wash hands after touching the sheep.

Homeowner Awareness

I acknowledge that this event is taking place on private property not owned by the sheep handler. The homeowner has been informed of the event and the presence of live animals and assumes responsibility for supervising non-participant hazards on their property.

Photography/Media

I grant permission for photos or videos of participants and sheep during the event to be used by the handler for educational or promotional purposes.

Agreement

By signing this form, I confirm that I:

Have read and understand this waiver
Accept full responsibility for myself and/or my child’s participation
Agree not to hold the handler or homeowner liable for any injury, loss, or damage
